The Retention and Rewards Program was created to give independent
contractors long-term benefits similar to those in a retirement plan. Under the administration of UBS Paine Webber, independent contractors may earn investment returns on
contributions made entirely by Prime and/or Success Leasing.
Distribution Example
If you begin working with Prime when you are 32 years old, lease a truck with Success Leasing, and continue to do so until retirement at age 65, you could have a total benefit of more than $250,000 (if taken in annual installments over 3 years, assuming an 8% return).

Plan Design
- Eligibility Independent Contractors with one year of
service with Prime - 100% Vesting 10 years after enrollment
- Contributions Prime Inc.
- $1,000 annually Success Leasing
- $500 annually, with lease agreement

- Large Cap S&P 500 Index Division
- Asset Allocation Division
- Prime Rate + 1% Interest Variable Rate Investment (8% Cap)
It’s simple. Designate your investment option(s), beneficiaries and payment terms when you complete your plan adoption agreement.
Be sure to complete the plan adoption agreement and return it to the TWIC office as soon as you are eligible; otherwise, all funded benefits will be held at value–that is, no growth–until an investment option is chosen.
